These wings are animated to look for the root:
ARMATURE-HIPS-SPINE-CHESTIf this root does not exist on your avatar, you WILL need to follow the puppet tutorial linked below to redo all the animations for the blend trees to work!
Some popular models that have an added transform are the Rexoium, Waggen, and Regulus.

These sharp feathered wings are perfect for gryphons, birds, angels, and other other avian creatures. The included scene has preset physbone settings in the prefab, but will requite the VR Chat SDK being imported FIRST.
Download package contains a zip folder with the Unity scene prefab, wings FBX, Substance Painter File, and 4k textures, UV map, controller icon, and 5 present animations for easy puppet control setup.
